    It’s got a hint of tropical fruit and fennel but like Superior it’s still dry and alcohol heavy. For one dollar more though I’d take this over Superior any day. $29 in Ontario.

    Easy drinking with dark fruit sweetness, light oak, tobacco smoke, soft floral spice, and a slightly salty bittersweet finish. Not available in Ontario.

    Rich sweet caramelized vegetal agave on the verge of being over browned. It’s a simple profile but it’s better than most. I can see Don Julio’s Anejo being similar, probably sweeter. If only it were available here for me to try. $50 in Ontario.

    Slight sherried fruit sweetness, oak, light tobacco smoke and a hefty almost acidic floral spice. Like it’s younger brother it’s got decent underlying flavour but it’s unrefined. $90 in Ontario.

    Acidic citrus and juniper up front followed by a light floral brightness and a touch of oil. Slightly astringent up front but the acidity fades fast. It comes across as similar to Beefeater but smoother, with a little more interest in the back end. $45 in Ontario.

    Blair's notes are pretty accurate but I'm not as impressed. I get the bright mineral component, the grasses and burlap, even maybe the hint of peach/apple sweetness but it's really just young raw rye grain and a hint of oak. It's like a slightly aged High West Silver, with an appropriate ABV (vs High West's 67%). I really wanted to like it because it's local but unfortunately, like Dillon's Dry Gin, their rye comes off as the product of a young an inexperienced distillery. One that's working hard but not quite hitting the mark. $40 in Ontario.

    The sweetness of the blanco and reposado that I was expecting have been replaced by dry peppery spice. Not off-putting but definitely the defining feature versus the vanilla sweetness of its younger siblings. Light agave is present but not as rich or caramelized as most anejos. Not bad but nothing exciting. $70 in Ontario.

    Rich roasted agave, oak, tropical fruit sweetness, gentle pepper. Delicious profile, with just a little heat from the ABV. On par with Herradura, very silimar profile but more heat. Not available in Ontario.

    The best of the Casamigos range. Sweet vanilla toffee, rich caramelized agave and light tropical fruit. It’s very smooth with just the hint of background spice (more like seasoning than actual spice). Still a little sweet to be ideal. Not my go to but still a good option. $89 in Ontario.
