Reviewed December 26, 2021 (edited January 1, 2022)Beautiful, rich nose with prominent caramelized crime brûlée, brown sugar, vanilla, molasses, and caramelized banana, truly gorgeous; lots of caramel, caramelized banana, vanilla, oak, and a little cinnamon and clove baking spice; a little hot, but not too much; fairly sweet; nice thicker texture; finishes pretty clean with just a little brown sugar and oak, fairly short finish; overall it has a nice unique bananas foster vibe to it; a very cool and maybe my favorite rye to date55.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed December 12, 2021 (edited April 19, 2022)Nose is fairly unique with salted caramel, savory hickory smoke, vanilla, and baked peaches; it tastes like a weaker, slightly more savory version of Lagavulin 16–a lot of hickory smoke, peat, some oak, and light caramel and vanilla custard; a bit salty; finish is medium with hickory smoke, light umami, and oak; quite smooth, medium texture; I didn’t like it at first, but it’s grown on me, ;mostly a less good, more savory version of the 1680.0 USD per Bottle -
